The CIMEOS (EA4177) (Communications, Mediations, Organizations, Knowledge) is the laboratory in Information and Communication Sciences of the Université de Bourgogne. This research unit structures its work around the following thematic areas:
– Food and gastronomy: study of discourses (commercial, public health, advertising…), their circularity, their impacts on consumers’ representations but also, by extension, on their practices.
– Health, knowledge, innovation (2SI): the discourses, the devices, the actors, the strategies of the actors of the production of knowledge, in a context of generalized digitalization in particular on 3 fields of study: health / the sociotechnical innovations, the mediations / the culture, education.
– Socio-ecological transition, public spaces and territories: diversified theoretical and epistemological info-communication traditions, pluralistic approach of the fields, articulating the perspectives while systematically discussing the adequacies-inadequacies between the related epistemological traditions.
