Carnot-Pasteur (CP) doctoral school

Carnot-Pasteur DS is a multidisciplinary school that covers the fields of mathematics, physics, chemistry, and the sciences of the universe.

It gathers all the research units working in these fields in Bourgogne and Franche-Comté. Six CNRS mixed research units (MRUs) belong to this DS as well as the CEA unit in Valduc :

  • the Institute of Molecular chemistry of the University of Burgundy (“Institut de Chimie Moléculaire de l’Université de Bourgogne”, ICMUB),
  • the Carnot Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Burgundy (“Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Carnot de Bourgogne”, ICB),
  • the Institute of Mathematics of Burgundy (“Institut de Mathématiques de Bourgogne”, IMB),
  • the Laboratory of Mathematics of Besançon (“Laboratoire de Mathématiques de Besançon”, LMB),
  • the Transport World, Interfaces, Nanostructures, Atmosphere and Environment, Molecules Institute (“Institut Univers Transports, Interfaces, Nanostructures, Atmosphère et Environnement, Molécules,” UTINAM),
  • the Physical Chemistry and Radiation team of the Chrono-Environment Laboratory
