International Master’s Degrees reopening

The 16 UBFC international masters based in Besançon, Dijon or Belfort are currently, and until early October, carrying out their academic year for 2020 – 2021.

The masters managers as well as the UBFC international relations department have adapted their usual practices to offer students a welcome and a start to the academic year in the best possible conditions, taking into account the current health context.

Although the traditional “back-to-school day” for new Master’s students cannot take place this year, students are still welcomed by student ambassadors in Dijon, Besançon and Belfort. These ambassadors are present as soon as the students arrive at the train station and provide real support by, for example, presenting the camp and the university residences or answering any questions the newcomers may have.

The masters managers and teaching teams have also adapted their teaching methods, notably by offering distance learning courses. These arrangements allow students to benefit from additional time to obtain their visas (longer delays) but also to ensure that all students come to France in the best possible conditions.

Thus, nearly 300 students of 58 different nationalities have so far enrolled in the UBFC Masters for the academic year 2020-2021.
