The board of administrators

The board of administrators determines and implements the UBFC policy.

The Academic Council

The academic council gathers 79 members. It meets every six weeks on average. It is structured in commissions and sessions restricted to lecturers-researchers to address questions in line with UBFC competences (HDR, PhDs, Master’s degrees, regular research funds, thematic poles, etc.).

The Members Council

It is a special feature of COMUEs. It is composed of one representative from each member institution.

The Congress

The Congress gathers the board of administrators, the academic council, the member council and the board at least once a year.
