Laboratory of Economics of Dijon

The Economics Laboratory of Dijon (LEDi), created on January 1, 2014, is attached to the Université de Bourgogne. It brings together scientific strengths in three areas: health economics, economics of territories and the environment, monetary and financial economics
The synergy between the LEDi teams is used to address cross-cutting research themes concerning emerging issues in economics, in particular:
– Institutions and public policies in Europe along 3 axes: Decentralization/fiscal federalism, Economic and social policies, monetary and budgetary federalism in the EU, Coordination within the Eurozone
– Innovation or the issues raised by the use and dissemination of innovations, whether technological and/or organizational, through 3 complementary orientations: Competition and innovation, Innovation in the health sector, Innovation and human capital.
The setting up of the “empirical methodology and econometrics” working group also provides for synergies and the development of inter-team collaborations.
