The CREDIMI was created in 1967 within the Faculty of Law, Economic and Political Sciences of the Université de Bourgogne.
Its research work focuses on the study of the market, its functioning and its actors, and/or the sectoral markets on which CREDIMI has built its reputation, in a critical and prospective approach, with the aim of examining the limits of the omnipresence and omnipotence of the market and the merchant within our society. The analysis of markets and economic relations is always approached from the perspective of the study of the sources of law and systemic relations, particularly through the prism of the contract, in accordance with the laboratory’s specific work methodology, but also through the study of the relations that the legal orders (market, sports, domestic and international) have with each other. sTo develop this scientific line, four research topics have been identified: Orders, Systems and Origins of Norms (OSO); Markets, Investments and Regulations (MIR); Groups, Institutions and Powers (GIP); Justice, Dispute Resolution Methods, Market Litigation (JUSTICE).
