In France, the DPF Unit is almost the only research unit in educational sciences whose specificity lies in understanding the links between action at work and learning. The team’s research results are promoted through the implementation of new methods within training and education institutions and systems. The survey practices provide a collection of documents in the field, including interviews with explanations and video recordings, work situations, professionals whose activity is analyzed to meet the challenges of the field of training and education.

The Professional Development and Training Unit (DPF) is an entity of the Eduter Institut, part of AgroSup Dijon, which provides support to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food’s agricultural and higher technical education.
