L\u2019intellectuel y \u00e9tudiait en effet les objets et les rites populaires qui r\u00e9v\u00e9laient l\u2019esprit d\u2019une \u00e9poque et les affects collectifs du pays, inventant ainsi une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de faire de la sociologie, accessible, impertinente et ludique. Mais l\u2019exercice lui, n\u2019a pas pris une ride et c\u2019est Pascal Lardellier, professeur de sociologie \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Bourgogne, auteur entre autres de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-ems.fr\/livres-2\/collections\/societing\/ouvrage\/236-nos-modes-nos-mythes-nos-rites.html\"><em>Nos modes, nos mythes, nos rites<\/em><\/a> qui se penche sur nos objets cultes.<\/p><p>Orange, p\u00e9tillant, amer, le spritz qui envahit les terrasses aux premiers beaux jours nous vient de V\u00e9n\u00e9tie dans le nord de l\u2019Italie, o\u00f9 on en boit depuis la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 du XIX<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle. Cocktail n\u00e9 sous l\u2019influence de l\u2019empire autrichien \u2013 d\u2019o\u00f9 la consonance du mot, c\u2019est depuis 2010, \u00e0 la faveur d\u2019un coup marketing qu\u2019il devient tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la mode.
