C&#8217;est ce que d\u00e9montrait<\/p><p>le s\u00e9miologue Roland Barthes dans ses <em>Mythologies<\/em>, publi\u00e9es en 1957. L&#8217;intellectuel y \u00e9tudiait en effet les objets et les rites populaires qui r\u00e9v\u00e9laient l&#8217;esprit d&#8217;une \u00e9poque et les affects collectifs du pays, inventant ainsi une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de faire de la sociologie, accessible, impertinente et ludique. Mais l&#8217;exercice lui, n&#8217;a pas pris une ride et c&#8217;est Pascal Lardellier, professeur de sociologie \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 de Bourgogne, auteur entre autres de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-ems.fr\/livres-2\/collections\/societing\/ouvrage\/236-nos-modes-nos-mythes-nos-rites.html\"><em>Nos modes, nos mythes, nos rites<\/em><\/a> qui se penche sur nos objets cultes.<\/p><p>Dans cet \u00e9pisode, on se frotte les mains avec du gel hydroalcoolique. Inscrit dans la panoplie des objets qui nous prot\u00e8gent du Covid-19 et des autres virus, ce gel nous accompagne depuis le tout d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie. \u00c0 l&#8217;entr\u00e9e des magasins, sur la table des restaurants, dans nos poches et nos sacs, ce produit qui \u00e9tait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux environnements m\u00e9dicalis\u00e9s et aux professions o\u00f9 l&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne n&#8217;est pas en option a envahi notre espace et impos\u00e9 avec lui une s\u00e9rie de gestes et de rituels dont nous explorons les significations
