Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnrseditions.fr\/catalogue\/sciences-politiques-et-sociologie\/lalimentation-a-decouvert\/\"><em>L\u2019alimentation \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert<\/em><\/a>, le sociologue Jean-Pierre Corbeau plaide pour une \u00e9ducation alimentaire qui d\u00e9passe la simple \u00e9ducation nutritionnelle. Il rappelle aussi que :<\/p><blockquote><p>\u00ab le r\u00f4le de la famille, la d\u00e9couverte des go\u00fbts par des activit\u00e9s en classe ou des mani\u00e8res de faire et d\u2019agir alimentaires transmises \u00e0 l\u2019enfant constituent plusieurs dimensions des processus de socialisation li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation \u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Un point sur lequel insistent aussi Nathalie Rigal et Sophie Nicklaus. Dans le m\u00eame ouvrage, elles notent que, dans l\u2019apprentissage des go\u00fbts, les exp\u00e9riences alimentaires, sociales et \u00e9motionnelles sont fondamentales. Si l\u2019\u00e9cole a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer comme le souligne le r\u00e9cent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openagrifood-orleans.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/manifeste_education_a_lalimentation_VF-1.pdf\">Manifeste pour une \u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation partout, pour tous<\/a>, la transmission des codes et des habitudes alimentaires se joue d\u2019abord au sein de la famille. Au-del\u00e0 de partager la table, il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement de partager la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un repas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-918b8b1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"918b8b1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2804b0e\" data-id=\"2804b0e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-adfc507 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"adfc507\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Pain et confinement<\/h2><p>La crise \u00e9conomique de 2008 s\u2019est accompagn\u00e9e par une valorisation du \u00ab do It Yourself \u00bb qui a trouv\u00e9 un regain avec le confinement, en mars 2020. Les tutos d\u2019activit\u00e9 et de cuisine avec ses enfants se sont alors multipli\u00e9s et faire son pain est devenu le must de l\u2019activit\u00e9 familiale.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.santepubliquefrance.fr\/presse\/2020\/confinement-quelles-consequences-sur-les-habitudes-alimentaires\">Une \u00e9tude de Sant\u00e9 Publique France<\/a> parue en mai 2020 souligne que 37 % des Fran\u00e7ais ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 cuisiner plus pendant le confinement. En outre,le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Synthese-etude-Ifop-European-Fraich-Fantasy-octobre-2020_def_MAJ.pdf\">sondage IFOP<\/a> pour le programme Fraich\u2019Fantaisy r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en octobre 2020 rel\u00e8ve que 14 % des Fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9clarent cuisiner davantage qu\u2019avant le confinement.<\/p><p>Cette m\u00eame enqu\u00eate souligne que 84 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es, toutes cat\u00e9gories sociales confondues, d\u00e9clarent cuisiner avec leurs enfants et 22 % au moins une fois par semaine. En outre, un cercle vertueux semble se mettre en place puisque les enfants ayant cuisin\u00e9 avec leurs parents cuisineraient eux-m\u00eames davantage avec leur descendance.<\/p><p>Cette \u00e9tude rel\u00e8ve \u00e9galement les sources d\u2019inspiration pour les plats et les recettes avec, dans le trio de t\u00eate, les \u00e9missions de cuisine, les tutos sur Internet et les recettes qui figurent dans les magazines. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent \u00e9galement les blogs, les applications ou bien encore les livres de recettes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5a005e5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5a005e5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0a343db\" data-id=\"0a343db\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9f786a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9f786a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Nouvelles mises en sc\u00e8ne<\/h2><p>Comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cairn.info\/revue-de-la-bibliotheque-nationale-de-france-2015-1-page-32.htm\">note Fran\u00e7oise Hache-Bissette<\/a>, le livre de cuisine s\u2019est consid\u00e9rablement transform\u00e9 ces 40 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et, dans les \u00e9crits portant sur l\u2019\u00e9veil au go\u00fbt des enfants, plusieurs valeurs se sont agr\u00e9g\u00e9es : le ludique et l\u2019originalit\u00e9, la gourmandise et la simplicit\u00e9. Ce qu\u2019il est int\u00e9ressant de relever aujourd\u2019hui dans la m\u00e9diation culinaire, c\u2019est la continuit\u00e9 entre la production de contenus en ligne et la sortie de livres de cuisine.<\/p><p>C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019une ancienne participante du Meilleur p\u00e2tissier en 2015, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e9mission de M6 a ensuite ouvert une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/latelierderoxane\">cha\u00eene YouTube<\/a>, <em>L\u2019atelier de Roxane<\/em> qui compte d\u00e9sormais plus de 4 millions d\u2019abonn\u00e9s. Son credo ? Un univers tr\u00e8s rose, des recettes familiales, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour certaines avec sa petite fille face cam\u00e9ra. Elle a ensuite sorti successivement trois ouvrages, o\u00f9 l\u2019on retrouve la tonalit\u00e9 de sa cha\u00eene YouTube, mais aussi des photos de famille.<\/p><p>Le livre de recettes devient alors aussi un objet de mise en sc\u00e8ne de soi. Cette cuisine quotidienne qui s\u2019incarne dans une famille id\u00e9alis\u00e9e est aussi la ligne \u00e9ditoriale d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marieclaire.fr\/,5-choses-a-savoir-sur-mimi-thorisson-blogueuse-culinaire-a-succes-et-premiere-ambassadrice-l-occitane,826353.asp\">blogueuse Mimi Thorisson<\/a> entre livres de cuisine et compte Instagram tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ch\u00e9 o\u00f9 l\u2019id\u00e9al culinaire et l\u2019id\u00e9al familial se rencontrent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-be70165 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"be70165\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ef2e425\" data-id=\"ef2e425\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c101100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c101100\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Une transmission maternelle ?<\/h2><p>Si l\u2019\u00e9tude IFOP de 2020, parle de l\u2019entit\u00e9 \u00ab parents \u00bb sans distinguer le p\u00e8re ou la m\u00e8re, <em>Les cahiers de recherche du CREDOC<\/em> publi\u00e9s en 2004 fondent toute leur \u00e9tude sur la transmission en cuisine autour de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.credoc.fr\/publications\/de-la-transmission-a-lapprentissage-des-savoir-faire-culinaires-regards-croises-de-filles-et-de-meres\">\u00ab regards crois\u00e9s filles et m\u00e8res \u00bb<\/a>. Force est de constater par ailleurs que, dans la mise en sc\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s contemporaine des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, c\u2019est bien la figure de la m\u00e8re qui s\u2019impose dans une forme soit id\u00e9alis\u00e9e et esth\u00e9tis\u00e9e soit dans une perspective de partage de trucs et astuces au quotidien.<\/p><p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theses.fr\/2019UBFCH011\">sa th\u00e8se de doctorat<\/a> soutenue en 2019, Sarah Bastien note d\u2019ailleurs que les femmes restent majoritairement responsables de la cuisine au quotidien et rappelle qu\u2019au d\u00e9but du XX<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle les femmes apprenaient \u00e0 cuisiner par la transmission g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle mais aussi via les enseignements en Arts m\u00e9nagers. Dans le cahier de recherche de 2004, la figure de la grand-m\u00e8re est \u00e9galement convoqu\u00e9e.<\/p><p>La transmission culinaire du quotidien serait alors encore et toujours une affaire de femmes avant tout. Pour autant, d\u00e9velopper le faire ensemble, le cuisiner ensemble peut-\u00eatre un outil d\u2019\u00e9mancipation et non pas seulement de reproductions des sch\u00e9mas de domination domestique.
