Students apply from their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/envole\/\">messervices.etudiant<\/a> account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Food services:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Crous BFC cooks and serves meals in its university restaurants located nearby the campuses.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Culture:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Crous BFC is involved in artistic and civic commitment projects through financial aids, contests, or by making dedicated spaces available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reception of international students<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Crous BFC greets international students (French government or foreign government scholarship holders) and helps them with accommodation and administrative procedures.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visale system (former Crous Caution Locative \u00c9tudiante (CL\u00c9) :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new Action Logement<a href=\"https:\/\/www.visale.fr\/#!\/\"> Visale system<\/a> replaces the former Cl\u00e9 allowance but does not substitute for housing insurance that must be<a href=\"https:\/\/selectra.info\/assurance\/guides\/habitation\/souscription\"> subscribe<\/a>d before moving into the residence. This system provides rental guarantee for students aged less than 30 years, whether they are scholarship holders or not. This free rental guarantee ensures that the landlord will be paid in case of unpaid rents during the 3 years of the tenancy agreement for monthly rents of up to 1,200\u20ac all bills included. This \u201cguarantor\u201d is mandatory for most of housing rentals and must be handed in on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fournisseurs-electricite.com\/demenagement\/contrat-de-location-bail\">signing the rental agreement<\/a>. To this end, the file is totally dematerialised (from application to acceptance) in order to shorten delays (2 working days).
